The founders opened the original Interurban restaurant in Norman’s “Interurban” Trolley Station in 1976.
Interurban is a casual and fun concept featuring a wide variety of menu items catering to families, busy business professionals, young high school and college singles, and baby boomers of all ages.
Our commitment to our customers back in 1976 is the same today: Good, fresh, quality food; reasonable prices; friendly and attentive service in clean and casual surroundings. All of our soups and sauces are prepared fresh on premise; we use 100% lean ground chuck; our steaks are aged a minimum of 21 days; we fry in 100% vegetable oil and offer a variety of “heart healthy” items.
